So, to stay in tune with the latest Dior x Jordan, it’s only fitting that the Swoosh collaborates with the French fashion house – Louis Vuitton. It’s another threesome following the Fragment Travis Jordan. But, with a little twist. This Louis Vuitton Air Force 1 is the mastermind plan of none other than Virgil Abloh himself. Why’s he trying to bring both his workplaces together? Stacking up the MOOLAH probably!
No one can truly turn Nike full-on luxurious other than the man with 20 MILLION dollars to back him up. Who would have thought there would come a time where sneakerheads would be rocking some Louis Vuitton Forces?
The blend of luxury and streetwear in this Louis Vuitton Air Force 1 sneaker creates a never-before-seen phenomenon. The sneaker culture is on the move. Our sneaker trade is on the rise! This is the collaboration of literal GIANTS and LEGENDS!

Nike’s Epic Louis Vuitton Air Force 1 Collab
Could this be one of the strangest sneaker collaborations to date? Perhaps so! You wouldn’t actually expect such forces to come together – especially with such vastly different backgrounds. But, in reality, we shouldn’t be all that surprised. The sneaker industry caters to all kinds of sneakerheads. It collaborates with all kinds of communities! We don’t discriminate here.
Plus, it isn’t the first occurrence! We’ve had luxury collabs with sneaker brands before. Remember when Adidas x Prada was a thing in 2020? You know, back when Adidas was still doing something. The Swoosh obviously has big plans to bring up the heat on this game, and probably watch Adidas burn.
Talk about a failed dethroning attempt. Where you at Mr. Louis Vuitton Don?
The Louis Vuitton Air Force 1 sneaker collection, of 21 sneakers, made their debut in the LV Menswear S22 show. The sneakers feature monogrammed bases in rich greens, blues, browns, and whites in premium leather and canvas uppers. They also feature offset tongue tags, flipped-out tags, and verbiage laces with removable ankle portions. Changing from low to mid-top without a hitch!
The sneakers also have the Louis Vuitton branding on the offset tongue tags, with the Swoosh over the flipped-out tags, and AIR on the midsoles. It is a perfect balance of branding, colorways, and fashion in streetwear. The Louis Vuitton Air Force 1s have green fluorescent tabs on the lateral swoosh and Helvetica text on the midsoles. This is a total ode to Virgil’s Off-White brand.
The Bootleg Culture
This game-changing sneaker collaboration might just yet be the latest evolution in the legacy of sneaker bootlegs. The Louis Vuitton Air Force 1 sneaker featured monogrammed fabrics with the luxury brand’s products. This traces back to the 80s and 90s to Dapper Dan’s work – the king of knockoffs! He is the tailor responsible for bringing rap culture and traditional luxury-house products together in one outfit.
This isn’t even the first time Nike’s Air Force 1s got to be part of a bootlegged luxury. In the early ‘00s, Raif Adelberg started up his very own movement. He cut up genuine Louis Vuitton bags to create Swooshes that he replaced on some all-white AF1s.
So, maybe the Louis Vuitton Air Force 1 sneakers aren’t as revolutionary as Virgil has us thinking. Is he FR bootlegging bootlegging? Is this collection just another rehashed revamped Virgil design? Perhaps maybe another luxury cash-grab! We have no doubt it’ll be bringing in a lot of CASH. That’s for sure.
In the meantime, make sure you try your hand at the latest threesome release of the Jordan x Travis x Fragment design! And, keep it locked on our blog for any of the latest updates on this Louis Vuitton Air Force 1 collection.
