#1 Air Jordan X Special “Grimm” Edition
– Number of Jordans Produced: 10 pairs
– Release Date: April 15th, 2016
– Retail Value: Bidding started at $1,000 for the unsigned pairs and $2,000 for the signed pairs
– Resale Value: Unsigned pairs sold for $1,500 each; the signed men’s pair sold for $4,600. And, signed women’s pair sold for $5,800

The first sneaker on our list of rare Jordans is the Air Jordan X Grimm Special edition! In 2016, the Jordan Brand decided to auction off 10 pairs of special edition Air Jordan 10. They did it with NBC’s Grimm in a gala and eBay auction to support the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. Michael Jordan and Tinker Hatfield had signed two of the 10 pairs. They came in a black colorway for men and a white colorway for women.
The all-black men’s version featured ultra-premium leather and herringbone collar lining. On the other hand, the all-white women’s version featured a lovely white colorway with plush fur collar lining!
#2 Air Jordan IV Retro x Carhartt x Eminem

Next up, another one of the rare Jordans is the 2015 Air Jordan IV Retro x Carhartt x Eminem. This Jordan was exclusively released through eBay with all proceeds from the sale going to the Marshall Mathers Foundation.
The auction raised a total of $227,552 and proceeds went to MSU’s Literacy Through Songwriting program. Only10 pairs of the shoe were available, which went for between $18,7500.00 and $30,100!

There are only 23 pairs of this special Air Jordan 1 in existence auctioned at the NBA All-Star Game. The proceeds from the auction went to WINGS for the Future and Los Angeles’ Inglewood High School. The auction raised over $23,000!

Moving forward with the rare Jordans list, we’ve got a Player Exclusive Jordan! Nike released the PE Jordan 8 Q-Rich edition for Quentin Richardson of the New York Knicks. They made only 24 pairs of the Jordans and sold them at the House of Hoops store in NYC.

In 2013, Nike celebrated Black History month with one of the most special and rare Jordans to date. The Air Jordan 1 x Just Don BHM Pack collaboration featured 37 pairs of the Jordan. They also came with signature BHM Just Don snapback hats that were both auctioned off for charity. All proceeds went to Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.

Exactly two years after Jordan Brand celebrated Black History Month with Don C, the duo teamed up once more! All the money from the auction went to the Ever Higher Fund!
