AIO Bot - Nike LeBron 21 Violet DustAs Jordan 38 marks Michael Jordan’s 38-year anniversary with the Swoosh, LeBron James celebrates his 21-year journey (with both Nike and the NBA) by dropping the Lebron 21 Violet Dust. And let’s just say that ever since he signed his Nike deal, the LeBron line has been supplying us with a constant stream of kicks. So, what does the LeBron 21 look like? Is it back to the usual bulky design or keeping it simple after the LeBron 20? Well, you’re about to see the answer and judge for yourself!

21 Years Is a Whole Lotta Kicks…

You guys know we don’t play when it comes to performance basketball kicks. Everybody wants to rock the best joints on the court for the best game. And Nike made sure it climbed to the top of the basketball sneaker ladder (partly thanks to Michael Jordan, but what do WE know?). Anyway, from there on, it was star athlete after star athlete. And back in 2003, one of those athletes was LeBron James. And in 2023, he’s stepping into his 11th year of Nike endorsement with no regrets!

Now, LeBron sneakers are famous for being pretty bulky and just… big. And that isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, especially if they prefer a low-top sneaker. That’s why in September 2022, many fans were happy to get the first pair of low-ish LeBron 20! Honestly, it’s one of the best-looking LeBrons so far. But now is the time to get the LeBron 21. And well, the king certainly hyped the industry up by teasing the kicks on Instagram! He even quoted Drake’s Rich Flex, so you know shit’s getting serious.

LeBron 21 is Giving a Lil Kyrie, and That’s… Alright?

Let’s get something straight. We’re still REALLY salty about the Nike Kyrie breakup and how all that drama went down. But we have to move on because Kyrie certainly did with ANTA! Anyway, we took a look at the LeBron 21, and jokes aside, it gave so much Kyrie energy. First off, the kicks are once again low-tops! That’s logical considering the success of its predecessor, but let’s talk design now.

And the moment you lay eyes on them, you can feel that mystical vibe that came with the Kyrie line. You can see it in the heel design and the herringbone traction pattern. And simply, the general vibe ya know?

LeBron 21 Violet Dust

Earlier this month, LeBron James shared Instagram posts in which rocked a Sail and Gold colorway of the new kicks. And rumors had it that we’ll also be getting a violet colorway along the way. Turns out the Violet Dust LeBron 21 will be dropping before the Gold pair.

So, the new LeBron 21 Violet Dust will drop in a Violet Dust, Melon Tint, and Purple Cosmos color scheme. Purple takes over most of the luxurious nubuck upper with perforations on either side. While hits of  Melon Tint accentuate the Swoosh, eyelets, heel tab, and branding on the tongue. A purple Zoom Air-cushioned midsole and a semi-translucent outsole finish up the look.

Coming down to the most important part, the new LeBron 21 will drop on Nike SNKRS and select retailers on October 14th, 2023. It will also retail for $200. But you know how things are with sneaker releases these days. They’re prone to change at any given moment. So, make sure you keep it looked on our blog and Instagram @aiobot for any updates and sneaker news! In the meantime, we recommend you go sneaker bot shopping to be ready for all the awesome drops coming your way!
